CrystaLakmo Laundry – Terms & Conditions
- Receipt Requirement:
Customers must obtain and retain the original bill or challan copy at the time of article drop-off. This must be produced at the time of delivery of the processed articles.
- Lost Challan Policy:
If the original bill or challan is lost or not available during delivery, the processed articles shall be handed over only after verifying the customer's credentials to our satisfaction.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Laundry: Delivery within 48 hours.
- Dry Cleaning: Delivery within 72 hours.
- Urgent Services: Delivery within a shorter time frame will be charged at 100% extra over the regular tariff.
- Urgent Orders:
Express/Urgent delivery requests will incur 50–100% extra charges, depending on the timeline and article type.
- Article Examination & Complaints:
Customers are advised to examine their articles at the time of delivery. Crystalakmo will not be responsible for any damages reported after delivery.
If unsatisfied with service quality, complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Stain Removal:
While we use the best available techniques to remove stains, 100% stain removal is not guaranteed. No compensation or discount will be offered for partial or unsuccessful stain removal.
- No Claim Policy:
All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for:
- Colour fading, bleeding, or running.
- Shrinkage or wear and tear.
- Damage to embellishments, embroidery, beads, or accessories.
- Damages arising from poor fabric quality or manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions from Liability:
- We are not responsible for damage caused by exposure to detergents or solvents where the fabric is not suitable.
- We will not be liable for loss or damage due to fire, theft, burglary, flood, or any force majeure.
- We will not be responsible for cash, jewellery, documents, or any valuables left in garments.
- If garments are not collected within 15 days from scheduled delivery, Crystalakmo is not responsible for their condition.
- Articles not claimed within 3 weeks from the scheduled delivery date will be disposed of or donated, without liability.
- Pricing Policy:
Prices for designer wear, complex garments, or high-end fabrics are determined case-by-case after expert evaluation. The price list is indicative only, and actual charges may vary.
- Compensation Cap:
If damage to any article occurs due to reasons other than those listed above, compensation will be limited to 5 times the processing charges or INR 2,000, whichever is lower.
- Processing Methods:
Cleaning methods may include emulsifiers, detergents, softeners, soft washes, and technologies like Perchloroethylene or Hydrocarbon cleaning, as deemed fit by our technicians.
- Media & Promotions:
We reserve the right to use images of your garments for promotional purposes. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed.
- Jurisdiction:
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ladakh only.
- Policy Changes:
Crystalakmo Laundry reserves the right to amend, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
